Diagnoza

Conchs uniformly curved, of small  adult size, 12-14 mm in dorsoventral diameter of aperture, only slightly compressed laterally and with incipient ventral sinus of the aperture.

Porównanie

The type species of Oonoceras, O. acinaces is late Silurian in age but, despite the great time distance is like its Ordovician relative in having thick connecting rings of the siphuncle. It is similar also in having very short living chamber.
