In a rather acute apertural auricles and evolute compressed conch the species resembles remotely Postclymenia evoluta Schmidt, 1924 but its bizarre, almost symmetrical, obliquely oriented flank lobe looks rather like that of C. fundilobata Czarnocki, 1989.
