Gatunek typowy Opis Shell trochiform, elevated to depressed, anomphalous to broadly phaneromphalous; whorls (at least in earlier growth stages) angulate; with usually broad ramp; second carina or angulation just overlapped on spire, delimiting base; selenizone at ramp angle; ornament spiral threads commonly cancellated by collabral threads.
