Opis

Diagnosis. - Flat elements with sharp denticulation and deep basal cavities. The sp elements witha bifurcated posterior process tending to develop a robust shape (icrion) by widening of the denticle tips.
Remarks. - The sp elements of the genus can be distinguished from those of superficially similar balognathids by the undivided anterior process, which branches directly from the cusp.
