Diagnoza

Ovate shell with rounded whorls (1.91 as high as broad). Protoconch orthostrophic with low-spired early whorls. The teleoconch ornamented by numerous (22 on the last preserved whorl) spiral grooves. Early whorl with ramp.

Porównanie

Most similar is Ampullinidae gen. et sp. indet. 2 from the early Valanginian from Yatrija River (Western Siberia), which most probably also belongs to Makowskispira.
