Diagnoza Porównanie The coils are slightly convex, the seams deepened. On the penultimate coil, five strong, crenulated spiral ribs are evenly distributed over the turn. Numerous prosocline axial ribs run from seam to seam. The sculpture is poorly preserved on the last turn. At least one more weak spiral rib lies between the 4th and 5th strong ones. The imperforate base is moderately convex. It is covered with 9-10 strong, crenulated spiral ribs. These become stronger and more extensive towards the center of the base. The aperture is almost circular and adapically hardly pointed. The similar Eucyclus verrucatus Gerasimov, 1992 has a slimmer shell and weak secondary spiral ribs. Turbo modestus Hébert & Eudes-Deslongchamps, 1860 has more convex coils, more numerous spiral ribs and more numerous crenulae on these. Turbo meriani Goldfuss, 1844 lacks reinforced spiral ribs on the base. Autekologia Występowanie geograficzne Balin Zasięg czasowy Mid Jurassic.
