1 +Flanks and venter are broadly rounded with a slight flattening at the centre of the venter; umbilical edge is rounded and the umbilical walls vertical; the test is ornamented with crenulate transverse striae which bifurcate near the umbilical edge with extra striae irregularly interpolated; in direction the striae are at first radial, or slightly bent backwards, and arch slowly and evenly forward to a broad shallow lingua and a shallow hyponomic sinus; weak secondary spiral striae are diffused over the periphery and these are slightly accentuated on the lingua and weaker on the venter where the transverse striae also are weaker and barely crenulate; constrictions are four per whorl.\\
