Tornoceras subacutum Makowski, 1991 from Kadzielnia in the Holy Cross Mountains.

Tornoceras subacutum; growth lines based on unnambered probable macroconch (upper) and microconch (middle), suture line, and outline of the shell.

Diagnoza

Macroconchs with narrowly trapezoidal cross section of the venter; microconchs with rounded venter.

Porównanie

Sutures in three specimens (diameters 26 to about 30 mm) show a terminal condensation. The pyritized minute specimen of Gomi-monomeroceras (Tornoceras) kielcense Sobolew, 1914, from Sieklucki’s brickpit may belong to this species although its suture shows a rather unusual symmetrical shape of the flank lobe.
