Diagnoza Shell with flanks adorned with inconspicuous transverse striae, showing a rounded central lingua with a large radius near the umbilicus and a narrower outer lingua at the outer third near the ventral edge; suture in ventral lobe, wide, complicated by a median saddle rising halfway up the lobe and dividing it into two parts each comprising two subsidiary saddles, one of which, closest to the median saddle, more stronger than the other; the latter barely visible in young individuals; first lateral saddle, very high, rounded at its top, with seemingly smooth edges, the outer edge being wavy towards the base; lateral lobe variable with age; second lateral saddle, wide and low.
