Porównanie

Gnathodus P₁ specimens from the Scaliognathus anchoralis Zone of Ostrówka form a single continuum of morphologies. It does not seem possible at the present stage of knowledge to distinguish there any sympatric species of the genus. The variability is not only completely continuous but there is no apparent multimodality in the distribution of characters.
