Diagnoza
Shell initially disc-shaped, umbilicus very narrow; ornamentation with about 50 spiral strips; growth lines and shell constrictions mostly at 90° convex-concave and prorsidiate, external projection very high; external lobe is as wide as the adventitious lobe; the median saddle reaches height of 40% of the ventrolateral saddle.
Porównanie
The American L. subcirculare (Miller, 1889) has much fewer spiral ribs.
