Diagnoza

Shell with a width almost half of its diameter and an umbilicus of one fourth of the conch diameter; umbilical margin rounded; ornament consists of ribs that stand two millimetres apart on the venter and extend with a wide ventrolateral projection and a shallow ventral sinus; absolute distance between the ribs is very similar in all growth stages; ventrolateral saddle is slightly asymmetric and subacute, it is narrower than the following adventive lobe.

Porównanie

Differs from Ammonellipsites kochi in the more compressed conch and course of the ribs much stronger curved.
