Porównanie

Elements show a rather generalised morphology of the symmetry transition series but they are associated with at least two morphologically rather distinct M element types. The more advanced one shows a rather short dorsal process with fan-like arrangement of wide denticles, which makes it somewhat similar to the homologous elements of Pinacognathas, although it remains largely albid. Attribution of this element type to the Prioniodina apparatus must remain tentative. An altemative attribution to associated Falcodus (=Cudotaxis) cannot be excluded. The second M element type, more common, is a generalised prioniodinid element.
