Diagnoza

Relatively long and high-arched inner process of M element, high and proclined cusp of P₁ element.

Porównanie

Specimens of this species from sample J-44 attained a much larger size than typical for Vogelgnathus. They are robust and bear long and sharp tips of outer processes in S_3-4 and M elements but preserve the unique paedomorphic aspects of the genus generally connected with small element size.
