Valve medium-sized (width 11.8 mm, length 7.6 mm), transverse in outline; posterior margin straight; maximal width probably at hinge line; ventral valve weakly convex; costae very low, rounded, separated by rounded furrows, narrower than the costae; costellae appearing by bifurcation; fine concentric ornamentation; spines oblique, symmetrically disposed.
