Diagnoza thinly pachyconic shell with an umbilicus that is a little wider than one fourth of the conch diameter; umbilicus with shoulder is broadly rounded; the umbilical wall is oblique; densely arranged concave ribs, standing in distances of approximately 2 mm, they extend with a shallow and wide sinus across the venter; ribs produce an undulated pattern on the surface, and they are arranged in distances of three to four millimetres, are as wide as their interspaces and extend with a relatively high and wide lateral projection over the flanks to form a shallow and wide ventral sinus; sometimes, rib splitting occurs near the umbilicus.
