From Prioniodina d. subrecta differs in a more massive appearance of P₁ elements and short, sfrongly curved external processes in the symmetry transition series elements. Its M elements are characteristic, in some cases being difficult to be separated from co-occuning Falcodus. Otherwise its apparatus, the restoration of which is based on the Kowala material, seems to be closely similar to that of Prioniodina.
