Diagnoza

Broad of the columellar callus with a thickening on it; weaker third spiral rib is formed between the two rows of cusps on the flank, closer to the adapical than the abapical one.

Porównanie

Trochus triarmatus Hébert & Eudes-Deslongchamps, 1860 has three spiral ribs and differs from B. biarmata in that it has a slimmer spire and more numerous (5–6) and not thickened spiral ribs on the base.
