Strongly elongated cervical vertebrae with long low neural spines and slender horizontally placed cervical ribs with an anterior process; three-headed ribs on some anterior trunk vertebrae, but these ribs do not attach to the ends of elongated transverse processes; primitive premaxilla lacks posterolateral process .
