Sugerowana cytacja: Gryz, P. 2022. Eurotrochilus noniewiczi Bocheński et Bocheński 2008. Ikonoteka (http://ikonoteka.paleo.pan.pl/xwiki/bin/view/Species/Eurotrochilus+noniewiczi)

Diagnoza

Humerus and ulna of almost similar length; carpometacarpus is a little longer than ulna and humerus is clearly longer than proximal phalanx digiti majoris (the ratio of the last two elements is about 1.6); distinctly smaller (than in E. inexpectatus) tuberosity for musculus pronator superficialis.

Porównanie

Humerus to ulna ratio are similar to extant hummingbirds (Trochilidae) and Eurotrochilus inexpectatus, ulna to carpometacarpus ratio is similar to swifts (Apodidae) and humerus to carpometacarpus ratio are similar to extinct family Cypselavidae and French specimen of Eurotrochilus sp.; in E. inexpectatus longest elements of the wing are respectively: ulna, carpometacarpus and humerus not carpometacarpus, humerus and ulna as in E. noniewiczi; coracoid are long and relatively narrow, wider at the sternum end and is similar to swifts and appears to be similar to that of Argornis and Jungornis, although it differs in processus lateralis.
