Diagnoza Postcervical and branchiocardiac grooves closely spaced, nearly paralleling dorsal midline, terminating at dorsal margin in a position very far posteriorly on cephalothorax; branchiostegite uniformly and finely granular; terga of pleonal somites 2-5 with fine longitudinal corrugations proximally and granulations distally; tergum of somite 6 about half as long as entire somite and well developed, pleuron sharply triangular; uropods with finely ribbed (serrate?) surface in distal half. Porównanie By contrast with the type species, Jabaloya aragonensis, the postcervical and branchiocardiac grooves lie in a more dorsal position on J. polonica; however, the conformation is very similar and the grooves extend nearly to the posterodorsal corner in both species.
