Diagnoza

Mammillated protoconch, highly conical, with first 1.5 whorls not ornamented. Rest of the protoconch ornamented with opisthocline axial  ribs; spiral lirae not present. Demarcation from teleoconch clearly visible, sinusoidal with sinusigera lip. Teleoconch ornamented with strong axial ribs and blunt axial ribs.


Porównanie

Protoconch typical of members of the family Nystiellidae and it may represent the earliest known member of the family. A very similar shell in Acirsa sp. Bandel, 1991 from Late Cretaceous of North America.

Only in type locality.
