Weakly developed auricles of the aperture; closed conical umbilicus.

Porównanie

Specimens from sample Ł-14, probably representing the type horizon, do not show suture and may be clymenias. In the holotype, the suture is more Tornoceras-like than in specimens from the C. marginifera Zone (sample Ł-9) but it fits well within the range of variability shown by the stratigraphically somewhat older species from Kowala.
