Opis

Protoconch strongly medioaxial to almost coaxial, smooth. Subovate shell, spire generally less than half total shell height. Suture impressed to channeled. Sculpture consisting of pitted spiral furrows, narrower than interspaces. Shape of pits hexagonal. Aperture posteriorly narrowed, roundly sub−marginate anteriorly. Outer lip thickened and crenulate or lirate within. Inner lip callused over columellar surface, bearing two oblique, sharp folds.
