Opis

Probably both S1 and S2 elements tetraramous (unlike the Lenodus lineage with only one such elements pair). The P1 elements with a weakly denticulated or adenticulated anterior process, M elements with weakly denticulated external process. 

Generally the Baltoniodus species were cold-water faunal elements. Late species of Baltoniodus developed a lobate platform, but their anterior process is not ramified.
