Diagnoza Relatively open umbilicus delimited by a ridge; adult shell with acute venter. Involutely coiled shells with a relatively wide umbilicus; sculpture is formed in the umbilical part by fine transverse lines, which gradually become stronger towards the ventral part of the shell; distances between the transverse lines are greater on the ventral side; quite good developed spiral lines that create characteristic serrations. Porównanie May be confused with Girtyoceras meslerianum, from which it mainly differs in irregular distances of increment lines.
