Diagnoza The transverse striae are radial over the flanks and bend forward at the shoulder and then back to form a deep ventral sinus; fine spiral lirae are also present, close together over the venter and further apart over the flanks; they do not appear to extend quite as far as the umbilical edge and become more feeble with increasing size, constrictions are present, their course following that of the transverse striae. Porównanie Resembles G. complicatum (de Koninck) that is stouter and has a smaller umbilicus. It closely resembles G. meslerianum (Girty) and appears to be the species from which it evolved Autekologia Występowanie geograficzne Great Britain (Yorkshire, Lancashire) and Poland (Kielce Syncline) Zasięg czasowy Carboniferous; Visean - Serpukhovian Materiały muzealne Literatura Moore, E.W.J. 1946.
