Diagnoza Characterized by an umbilical ridge, thickly discoidal conch that becomes narrower with increasing diameter, low, essentially rectilinear growth lines with slight ventral salient in early ontogeny Porównanie Homoceras undulatum differs in having highly sinuous growth lamellae with a prominent ventral sinus that develops early in its ontogeny; Homoceras schartymense is distinguished by its suture with a higher median saddle and more attenuate lobes.
